1 · Terms of Service

By creating an account or using labelimpose you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service

labelimpose is a web-based imposition (step-and-repeat) tool for roll labels: it lays out a single-label PDF, lets you fit the print to a die line, and exports press-ready files (PDF/X-4) and die-cutter files (DXF/PDF). The service is provided "as is" and may evolve.

Accounts

To use the service you must register with a valid email, verify it, and be approved. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Plans, payments and billing

Subscription plans are billed in advance (monthly or yearly) based on the plan and number of seats you choose. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles charging, applicable taxes and invoicing; your purchase relationship is with Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, nor attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the platform, nor upload content you don't have rights to.

Your content

Files you upload (artwork, die lines) remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service. The pipeline is passthrough: we don't alter your color values.

Intellectual property

The software, the labelimpose brand and its content belong to FACTORIA EN ETIQUETAS E IMPRESIÓN, S.A. DE C.V.. No rights are transferred to you other than using the service under these terms.

Availability and liability

We strive to keep the service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages or data loss. Always verify output files before printing or die-cutting.

Termination

You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time (see section 3). We may terminate access for breaches.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; changes are posted on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico and any dispute is subject to the courts of Querétaro, Querétaro.

2 · Privacy Policy

The data controller is FACTORIA EN ETIQUETAS E IMPRESIÓN, S.A. DE C.V.. You can reach us at cdominguez@factoriamx.com.

What we collect

• Account: your email and an encrypted password.
• Work content: the files you upload (label PDF, die lines) and imposition parameters.
• Payment: handled by Paddle. We don't store card data. We receive customer and subscription-status identifiers from Paddle.
• Usage and technical: basic usage and log data to run and improve the service.
• Site preferences: we store your language in the browser (localStorage); we don't use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To provide and maintain the service, authenticate your account, process your subscription through Paddle, support you and improve the product. We don't sell your data.

Who we share it with (processors)

• Paddle — payment processing and billing.
• Hostinger — website hosting.
• Transactional email provider (verification, notices) and, where applicable, site analytics.

Some providers may process data outside Mexico; where they do, appropriate safeguards apply.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as long as needed to meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account.

Your rights

You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to cdominguez@factoriamx.com.

Security and minors

We apply reasonable measures to protect your data. The service is not directed to minors.

Changes

We may update this policy; changes will be posted on this page.

3 · Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. On cancellation you keep access until the end of the period already paid, and no further charges are made.

Refunds

We offer a full refund if you request it within 15 calendar days of your initial purchase. Renewals (subsequent periods) are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

How to request one

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds are processed through Paddle. Write to us at cdominguez@factoriamx.com or manage the request from your Paddle receipt; Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply.
